i think im really dumb bc i tried to make it smoother like 59 times and i couldnt get it & youtube got nothing for smooth color transitions on photoshop

Isn't the edges messed up because you didn't put a background? Pretty sure you need to put a background on ps to not mess up the animation.

    Yes exactly, transparent gifs never work on a dark background.

    Yeah he just needed to copy the color code from the bg of the posting area and use it.

    You can see the same prob in my sig but I'm too lazy to fix it for the time being lol.
