Bot one, Banned Both?

Featured Replies

Yo guys

if i bot one char and play one manually with rsbuddy, can i get banned on both if jagex detects the botting one, or will just the botting one get banned?

Thanks

Technically they shouldn't because you aren't committing an offence on the hand played one. But some people have had chain bans like this.

I would not risk it, if the legit played account has high stats

If you're not botting on the other account then you shouldn't receive a ban on it. AFAIK Jagex don't issue IP bans in such a manner.

I change the Ip i play on every day. Had only 1 or 2 bans since 07 bots came out

If those account don`t interact trough trading goods you won`t get banned.

so if i pk on one and bot another i wont get banned on both if the botter gets caught 100% :P?

It has happened to me once, so I would suggest a proxy on one of the accounts.

isnt that like saying if i botted i would be putting my legit playing sibling at risk? (irrational)

It does occur but rarely, it's always better to play it safe tough

I once logged into my mates account(full legit) while botting and the next day my and his account were banned. Would be careful.

so if i pk on one and bot another i wont get banned on both if the botter gets caught 100% tongue.png?

i think it will get banned , just bot on a proxy just to be sure

No your OSbuddy one is fine, as long as you dont bot on the legit one, even if you get chain banned the hand played one wont get banned
