I THINK that he had a worker for his site that scammed someone for ALOT of OSRS gp, like 200mil and he got responsible to pay it back. Am I thinking of the right guy and is this why he got banned?

scammed multiple users, then after he was banned he hacked people from the VPS's that he sold.
