Then when you're done with the account you can sell it as a pure/zerker/voider/main with b gloves and all the above and the seller can choose either to keep it a pure or go zerk easily.

Make a berserker IMO. They require a lot of questing, but they are popular for a reason.

Keep it a lvl 3. The moment you level combat you will immediately regret your decision to do so.

I had a lvl 3 with 99 rc, 99 farm and 99 fishing back in the day, and I wanted to be able to do godwars, so I leveled up combat, and I instantly wished I hadn't.

I always liked hybrids. Not sure how low of a combat level you're looking for, but I tend to see hybrids maxed at 108, 109 depending on whether you want Turmoil (found a ton of them while playing Stealing Creation; they're pretty damn deadly. Also, not sure if OSRS has turmoil).

 

Would be easier if you listed some standards. I wouldn't consider myself an account specialist, but hopefully I could pitch some useful ideas

You could do a SOTD pure. Tons of work though to get the account to 75 attack. I think you get 30ish strength, then get 75 attack.

If you're looking to have fun with a low level barrager/tb'er. I'd suggest attempting a 10hp 94 mage acc, possibly even trying dt with 10hp (its been done before, on vid.) just need blockers and luck @ pyramid.

 

Teleblock @ 10hp in deep wild is useful for team pking. You could even use it as an alt when u pure pk with friends and are on a barrage acc etc. 

 

Possibilities are endless, it's really all up to you.

 

 

I think you should get 94 mage with about 50 Hitpoints, considering how low your combat level with be, you will want to have the lowest hp possible without getting 1 speced or hit in the wilderness.

i say keep it lvl 3 and make a pure there pretty easy unquested to make

u could start off f2p pking and have stats for it in 2 days

 

cuz if u did get 99 rc with 99 agility on lvl 3 thats be a pretty penny for u acc

This is what I'm going to be doing will allow me to get higher $$ with RC and faster levels and this will put my account at exactly 99 cb level and I can do Lunar Dip and such questing and get a quest. I can also stake and get 99 slayer so yep, ill be grinding to these levels.

I checked Runehq and it says you will be 102 if you get 99 strength and ranged.

Don't think it's possible bro. 99 slayer will get you 99 hp and another 39M combat xp split between melee/range/mage (depending on how you level it).

Looks like a good build I would go 70 attack and then you could range/dh (that is if you want to pk)

 

you won't be able to stake with 60 attack at that combat mate, due to 99% of stakers at that level having 75 or at least 70 attack (you could still dds but it just puts you at a disadvantage). If you're going to level your defence to 70 i'd recommend getting 75 attack and 75 defence - solely because for the 6 combat levels gained you'd be able to use so much more...ags, staff of the dead, tencacle, dfs serpentine helmet etc.

Even though the account above looks good it isn't really practical for doing what you want to do in my opinion - pking might get quite boring when all you can do (in edgeville) is dds spec

but these are just my opinions, i'm sure that would be a good account i just think you could make it better for you with only a tiny bit more training than you're already doing.

ALSO...if you were wanting to max out range you could do so without gaining combat you'd just have to range guild it ;D
