RServiceGeeks
I basically want to get 90+ Magic so I can barrage while pking and telly block. I used to PK awhile back and I really enjoyed doing it but I really enjoy having a level 3 with 99 agility. I love the respect I get for having it and stuff like that. What I want to do is transform this account to a mage pker while maintaining the main aspects of the account like having a low combat level with high HP and basically keep the cost of the account high and a boss. I am trying to get some feedback as to the type of account I can transform this account into as far as pking goes, I respect everyone's feedback even if its not what I am looking for its the ideas that will get me to my final decision. I know there will come a day when I do not want to play RS anymore so remember I am trying to keep the value of the account high.
Blazed
Void pkers are great
N88
Make a berserker IMO. They require a lot of questing, but they are popular for a reason.
LeBron
IMO a 1 def 50-60 attack pure are the most expensive if they have 170+ QP, torso, firecape, void Basically just do all defence quests and reqs for b gloves on it but don't do the last step in the quests that give you defence rewards. Then when you're done with the account you can sell it as a pure/zerker/voider/main with b gloves and all the above and the seller can choose either to keep it a pure or go zerk easily. I'd pay top dollar for that kind of shit if I was looking to buy an account.
yellow123
Keep it a lvl 3. The moment you level combat you will immediately regret your decision to do so. I had a lvl 3 with 99 rc, 99 farm and 99 fishing back in the day, and I wanted to be able to do godwars, so I leveled up combat, and I instantly wished I hadn't. I'm surprised Jams hasn't trolled your thread yet. Edited June 10, 2015 by yellow123
fixthissite
I always liked hybrids. Not sure how low of a combat level you're looking for, but I tend to see hybrids maxed at 108, 109 depending on whether you want Turmoil (found a ton of them while playing Stealing Creation; they're pretty damn deadly. Also, not sure if OSRS has turmoil). Would be easier if you listed some standards. I wouldn't consider myself an account specialist, but hopefully I could pitch some useful ideas
Jams
If you level combat the price of the account ill be cut in half if not more, but if it gets a ban it will also ;) Keep it a lvl 3. Twin
You could do a SOTD pure. Tons of work though to get the account to 75 attack. I think you get 30ish strength, then get 75 attack.

Sorry could you explain why a level 3 account would be worth more than an account with a higher combat level? cheers
Nightmares
If you're looking to have fun with a low level barrager/tb'er. I'd suggest attempting a 10hp 94 mage acc, possibly even trying dt with 10hp (its been done before, on vid.) just need blockers and luck @ pyramid. Teleblock @ 10hp in deep wild is useful for team pking. You could even use it as an alt when u pure pk with friends and are on a barrage acc etc. Possibilities are endless, it's really all up to you. DEMONTIME
I think you should get 94 mage with about 50 Hitpoints, considering how low your combat level with be, you will want to have the lowest hp possible without getting 1 speced or hit in the wilderness. Hermitrage
You can't teleblock while barraging just to make sure

Uchiha Sasuke
I'd always go zerker but you could make this into a skiller which would be really cool.
