Not sure if location matters or not, but I am in dwarven mine in the image I posted before, mining iron when I mentioned it wouldn't bank from there. Also, I botted for ~4 hour sessions about 5 times a week. And at some times I spoke to anyone else that was there mining. I have new accounts on fresh IP's perm banned after 1 night several times.
