How do mule accounts actually work? Say I have a low-level pure that I don't care if it gets banned. Should I have the gold I buy placed on that account and then just transfer to my main? Will that prevent my main from possibly getting banned? 

a mule is practically an account that holds your GP that has not botted.

buying gp you should be quite safe - most large gold sellers say they've never had a reported ban for RWT - botting however is much more bannable hence pretty much all goldfarmers use a mule/mules

Make sure to add items up on the trade screen.

Lol they get bans all the time but they trade 500m + a day. I've only had one Rwt ban and I've sold multiple bills

I've used my mains (ik, very dumb), and mules for 5 years or so now and never got a ban for RwT.

Just be sure not to store it on an account that you are botting.

Is this not more suspicious? I mean I understand it may avert their rwt detection system... but no1 trades random valueless items for a large cashstack unless they are buying gold. However if you just transfer the gold it can be seen as just a gift.

 

I guess a great way to get past this would be to spend the money on and item or items and trade those items over and resell them once they're on your main. This may lead to a small loss but Imo it would be safer than straight up trading gold over.

I've bought twice before and never got banned. I just bought again... so we'll see I guess. I don't buy large amounts though. No more than 5-10m.

ive used em 30-50 times before never got banned, but im just saying it can happen, and if anyone is gonna get you flagged and banned its the chinese and im talking about selling and buying though.

You'll be fine as long as it's not to much gold.

As long as you're not moving around very large amounts of money to or from your mule, you should be fine using it.
