That message has been up for well over 2 years... You cannot directly use the appeal function anymore, but there are other means of contact which I provide in the instructions.

I feel obliged to post here regarding my experiences with the service. 

I had contaced sephi at the end of juni regarding a pretty old ban, bought the basic package things and set of in hopes to get my account unbanned. After serveral messages spanning to about juli 17th I still wasn't unbanned and I haven't heard from sephi since. That being said, I haven't made any attempts to contact him either so he may simply have forgotten.

I don't actively pursue customers, as it is a pretty straightforward queue system I have used.  If you do choose to continue Solution, you merely need to email me back, and you would be put back in the queue.

Looked into this guy, messaged him on skype but he couldnt shoot me a PM on ehre to confrim it was him, also looked at his thread on other forums, a lot of unhappy RS community based customers... so just a heads up, I got hyped for my main to be unbanned on osrs after he said it would be a 100% guarantee but It was too good to be true

What do you about an account created in 2005, was banned in OSRS for macro major (2 days) and gold farming (perm)? VPN was not used, etc. 
Seems like a dead end for me with no chance, have you had success with any similar cases?

You would have been talking to an imitator... I suggest you do view profile to confirm this, but I have direct links to add to my Skype.  I would never say 100% guarantee to someone.
