The ban does not matter as I recently got accounts that were banned in 2008 and 2013 unbanned.

You do not get the method, you are buying the attempt.

As you mentioned attempt, how will I know that you've attempted your best at unbanning the accounts, and if this is via the Twitter then no point even trying cause they'll end up just saying no you were rightfully banned. 

 

I would like to know more information in this regard, please free to give your skype so I can discuss this further.

What factors determine the likelihood of success/failure when trying to unban?
Last question after an attempt is the customer allowed to change the password so that if the account is unbanned the bank is 100% safe?

1. an attempt normally take 1-3 days, in rare occasions a full week.

2. Factors that determine success rate is the age of account/type of ban/how long ago the ban was placed.

3. I do not need the password of the customer's account, but they can feel free to change password.
