Extend these and you are pretty much death. I don't really know what your point is, but that doesn't mean that 5 days of not eating would be good for you. I find it much easier to stay in shape, eat a bit healthy (not fucking hipster goji berry and chia seed healthy and salad all day); have some vegetables next to your steak. Important stuff is to not make snacks a daily habit. My point is, a hardcore diet isn't the solution, you'll relapse into your bad habits which caused you to be (too) fat. But anyways, great job at trying to lose weight. One way or another, it's hard and it's always good if you try to.

Rsgold4you Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 You're going to need some super energy pot's when doing that shit. You're also going to yo-yo big time after the 5 days, you might lose some weight but you'll be gaining it as fast after you start eating your 'normal' diet.
