Guild wars 2 or world of warcraft, guild wars 2 mainly if you're just looking to make money by flipping, as it has the best auction house in any game I would say. World of warcraft on any server, so long as you learn the market and know what sells.

My favorite economies I have experienced have been: OSRS, World of Warcraft, and Neopets surprisingly.  My fun in mmorpg's comes from the economy so I won't play a game if it has a shit economy.
