LeBron
Stronghold of security (10k) or steel platebodies in lava maze (sell to store for 1,2k ea) to get you started off. After that you can WC, fletch and alch your bows or sell them to shops as (u).
Lyquidate
Money isn't very important for ironmen. But getting to your second question; some shops sell armor. For F2P, the champion's guild is a great shop. They sell several rune and green d'hide items. In order to get a rune scimitar in F2P, for example, you'll need to get 85 mining and 90 smithing, because no shop or F2P monster sells or drops it. You can look up what which monsters drop on the 2007 wikia page. If you want cash, to buy arrows or such, the main way to get it is high alching. You could kill some monsters and alch their drops. If you've got anymore questions, feel free to ask me. -Lyquidate
Khaleesi
Money at start: - Steal silk and sell it again to the stall trader. - Collect steel plates/ earth staffs at lava maze. After doing few quests: - Ham chests

Main way to get money if you can't alch are steel plates/earth staff at lava maze at sell at shop. You can do Ham chests too, thats around 100k/h but some quests are required. but once you get better money isn't important anymore indeed, but at start it is.
