'Server failed to handle your request' when trying to login, anybody else having the same issue?

The client is probably not connected to the database.

When will the client start working again?

Why cant all you above read when he said the bot server is still being configured and isnt working? they are working to fix it as fast as they can chill out.

You guys should just host in-house. Something breaks, Zach pops a new couple SSD's in (though the fact that two SSD's went simultaneously is pretty fucking mind-blowing) and life continues as normal. You could use a regular PC as a BDR with some ShadowProtect incrementals everything would be fine and dandy. Fuck hosting companies.
