I know the developer has been busy with other real life stuff, but I believe it is still being developed. Not abandoned

The product has been finished for a while now. They're just waiting on "business stuffs" in establishing a contract with all parties (developers) involved. I heard the whole project will be scrapped if they are not ready by May 1st   ... so not long now.
