You need that quest to access the Yaks fully done? Or just start it? Do you need those requirements for that quest to get the quest started? Reqs are : 20 constr 46 craft 56 wc CBA to get these reqs tbh :p

Also you need to have completed The Fremennik Trials for the villagers to talk to you. That's it 1
