Fixed I got him on skype he recovered for me but 2.5m 07 was taken off the account.

Okay great. I will still leave this dispute open for him to explain what happened and you two can come to an agreement on how to handle the 2.5M 07. 

He is the original owner and only one with access to the account details. He will have to explain why he recovered and stole the money.

I went ahead and banned the user since he failed to respond within the given timeframe. If he wishes to appeal he'll have to refund you the gold that was stolen from the account.
