Is botting 2 hours a day risky?

Featured Replies

I have my main account and I just recently completed Desert Treasure but I absolutely hate alching items for x number of hours to train... I have a life and I don't want to sit on my computer and just spam the alch. Is botting high alch in an empty world for like 2 hours with 30 minutes breaks per hour relatively safe? This is 2007 Old School and I think Jagex has changed their approach to botting on OSRS just recently... All feedback is appreciated!

Don't alch in an empty world. Go to the most populated place you can find and alch in a DD.

h08hL4Y.png I bot hunter/fletching 12-15 hours a day and I haven't had a ban in weeks.

Not really. it really depends on what you are botting. ALWAYS REMEMBER that there is a chance of getting banned if you bot

time is not a factor unless you bot at abnormal time frames without break. It depends on the location of botting and qualty&saturation of script

I just had 2 farms banned for botting to hard, Be careful if it is an account you love!

Hey man I understand your problems. I had to same problem so what I did was. I botted 3 hours straight in the GE in a populated world. Then the next day I did 4 hours. Just dont risk it

I have 2 accounts running at 20 hours a day atm ;) no ban in dayssss $$$$$$ wiping the cum off my money with some tissue atm.

If you want to keep your  main account as safe as possible you could bot some of it and then take over every so intervals. I do it when I'm doing homework on my main.

No, it's not very risky. If possible, use the mirror client (VIP+ only) in a popular area.

If you have VIP the mirror client is nearly undetectable, but VIP costs $$

There is always a risk of being banned, sadly.

But yea, if you bot for 2 hours a day, then it's pretty much not the time you get banned for, but the script or thing you are doing =)
