Reducing banning rates - Behind the scenes at OSBot - 27 Febuary 2015

Featured Replies

My theory on ban rates is that ban rates are based on the quality of the script. For example I have botted 70-78 range using a free public range guild bot that had some bugs in it and received a ban in two days, even though i had breaks enabled and followed all the protocals. Now i'm using czars range guild and i got from 86 to 94 range in about a week. Average bot day would be 15 hours. And I recently got a 25 hour progress picture. Jagex's anti-bot system picks up on the algorithm of a lot of people playing the exact same way and bans them.

I really like that they are adding the chat feature. Will make it much more enjoyable when babysitting the bot.

Really excited by this. As someone who has always been a safe botter and is STILL getting banned this is encouraging. Eventually the botters will jump ahead of Jagex again. This is a step in that direction. Exciting stuff.

thank you to all the developers, cant wait for it, the HYPE is too much!

absolutely amazing, i'd pay for this!

I'm very exited to see how this turns out, it seems very innovative and promising!

Will be interesting to see what happens once client is 100% undetectable, however i believe we're still going to need to work on the behavior analyzing side some more.
