I think Kendrick is the best at the moment but Joey has the potential to be better in the future. Logic is just a boss and his freestyles are sick.

He's not overhyped. He used to be a small rapper in the DMV and is now getting noticed. Just because he become more popular/mainstream doesn't make him hyped. Every rapper strives to be noticed.
