That's so fucked up. Have the guy go to jail this is technically cyber bullying

Fucked up? It's not like the guy had a gun to his head and told him to do it.

He added the guy on skype, and the guy was obviously trolling him. I doubt he ever thought he would actually do it, but he probably got a huge laugh out of it in the end because he was so surprised someone was stupid enough to actually do it. 

 

It's the kid's fault for being oblivious.

The internet is recommended for parental supervision. We all live and learn from our mistakes on here and that kid just learned one.
