And i have contacted them if they were intrested about it, and 1 week later i get a message that they were intrested in the domain and asked how much i was selling it for. But i've no clue what i can ask for a domain like this.

Tell them the highest offer wins (don't tell them the "amount" that the "other" guy is offering) The price they will give you would be the max they would pay for it.
