Explanation: Bought proxies off him, paid 4.50 each one but each one had a extra 2 dollar fee which is used to replace the IP if its flagged and etc.(total $6.50 per proxy) I opened a ticket explaining that they're flagged now and to replace them and its been over 24 hours without a reply from them whatsoever.

I have notified the user of the thread and asked him to post here.

It's a one time $2 fee for setup. After that it's $4.50 per month per proxy

They don't have any information saying when they'll respond but I feel like 24 hours is more than enough time to respond to a ticket and sort any issues for a customer?

You may feel like that, but maybe they don't. Don't try to tarnish someones website just because they may be busy or have a flood of tickets coming in.
