Botre
Ok so someone scammed, I'm still waiting to see a logical answer. Unregulated & uninsured loan services = scam fest. If you fail to see that then you're financially blind.
Alek
I think it's because of the high rate of scams. Similar to high chargebacks on boot buyers/looting scripts which I banned from SDN sale. I could be wrong, not sure how everything works in the market.

Harry
OFT: Any idea on why those kind of scripts have such a high chargeback rate ? Maybe because they use it, make some cash. Chargeback, boom. They just made some money for free.
Mustard
In real life when you borrow money, there are drawbacks involved if you can't pay it back. It's just too easy to scamquit to trust people with money here.
Cinnamon
I think it should be allowed, but at your own discretion. Your fault for loaning so your taking up the consequence. You can always avoid scam quits with collateral too
Botre
You can always avoid scam quits with collateral too No, absolutely nothing prevents the investee from using money from his investors as risk-free collateral for other deals ("robbing Peter to pay Paul"). It doesn't matter what's done with the money as long as it's returned back. You really think real life banks make strategic investments? Botre
It doesn't matter what's done with the money as long as it's returned back. You really think real life banks make strategic investments? Real banks have to make (strategic) investments as they are constantly being watched and checked upon. They are among the most highly regulated services. Take away that regulation and you get chaos. It's as simple as that.

Banks are extremely unregulated, and their "strategic investments" are why the US recently suffered the greatest economic collapse since the great depression.
