You can get 20 posts quite easily, just browse the forums, get used to them, and post when you feel you can provide a decent answer

but still people will spam

If you are caught bumping threads, or spamming, most likely  you will be banned from the market for 1-2 days or have all of your content monitored.

I like the idea, I am trying to productively get post count and I must say it's been a great task. I've learnt where things are, i've read up on some mods and seen a lot of active members. If you're joining a forum for genuine reasons, (aka not to scam others) then it's a great tool to learn your way around.

 

So I support the 20+ post count.
