There is a thread he made about the issue. I was told that the account was perm banned but this was like less than 24 hours from when I bought the account. I have skype logs of the chats and all but that is on my other computer it is having a hard drive issue. Evidence: I have evidence that he just today told me the account was unbanned by the original owner even though he told me he was the original owner of the account. and this means there is no way the account was deleted from runescape... It is not likely that @Mackadizzle will return but, like @Divinity stated above, you're going to have to provide us with more evidence to support your claims before any actions will be taken. As well as the acknowledgement that I bought the account off him in the forum thread he posted about the account being deleted. As stated earlier nothing can be done as of now but if the user wishes to return then he/she will have to refund you before being allowed back into the community. He admitted to me that he stated to be the original owner because if he didn't it'd be a lot harder to sell. Since he did that he will have to deal with the consequences if he still wants to return.
