There are lvl 12 Goblins, but i'm sure there are some suitable enemies in there you can AFK. http://www.tip.it/runescape/images/maps/god%20wars%20dungeon%20guide%20map.png

    what are spots besides bandits/nmz?

    I have heard good things about giant spiders in strong hold security 3rd floor(but that might be semi AFK too, since the idea is to  wear guthans and use your saradomin sword via crush style their weakness and then when low on health switch to guthans spear). However guthans spear may work alone on them I just hope it heals you fast enough on them.
