Just to clear something up, if a user does not post on the service thread he does not agree to the ToS unless he specifies in the skype chat that he agrees to the ToS.

Regardless of that, but the ToS states they are not responsible for bans before and after the service.

 

This is why you're being held responsible for the ban on the account.

 

As far as refunds go, here's what I can see:
Poison needs to give samo back his 3m

Adnane needs to refund Poison his 3m.

Samo needs to refund both the 5m deposit to Adnane(unless stated otherwise when you hired him as a worker that he wouldn't get it back)

Samo needs to refund Adnane the 1.6m from the order Adnane did.

 

If there's an alternative way you want to handle this, fine by me. As long as everyone ends up with the gold they should have.
