Explanation: I let him use my main on Rs3, and he was free to do whatever, except bot. 

Evidence: I've never used a bot for this account, nor have I logged in it in over a week.

 

 

I have requested the user to post here and he has been moved to TWC. He has 24 hours to reply.

In order to handle this dispute in an unbiased manner, for the dispute I will put aside the fact that @Maldesto is an Administrator. I will be handling this as if both members involved are regular members (equals).

 

I would like to ask @Maldesto if there is any more proof that the account was banned by @Ricky (although I understand this evidence may be hard to find) and did indeed have the mentioned stats. 

 

I would like to ask @Ricky if there is any proof that he did not bot (although I understand this evidence may be hard to find) and to post his defense in the situation. Also, if there was anything else mentioned in chat that could be used as evidence, could you please provide that so that @Dex or @Mikasa can find that evidence and post it here in your defense (assuming that evidence exists, as it may not).

No I didn't want the wealth, he could keep it all. I just told him not to get it banned or he would have to refund me and you can clearly see he agrees here.

 

There was clearly an agreement made between ricky and maldesto. We need to see what ricky has to say.

Proof is visible for the mods to see. I will lock the dispute, as it appears that Ricky has paid. Maldesto can confirm when he is back online. ^_^
