In this case that's not even an image :P It's a flash file playing on the web page so if admin bans that url then it would remove it unless the user gets that flash file which is unlikely because you can't right click download a .swf lol Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It is annoying, yes. However, I don't think there's a way to ban it. It can be under many links. Well, I said ban it because it quite honestly annoys me a lot; I just think it shouldn't be allowed and hopefully that would be enough to deter most of the people with a worse sense of humor than myself. lol.
