It could encounter scammers that provide fire cape scammers. 

We've had LOADS of fire capers coming here that just simply scam at their first order , this will ensure you that the (new) fire caper has experience and is able to actually finish the order and kind of make it safer.

(This however does not stop scamming , but it encounters most scammers)

The thing is that you would have to take the screenshot right when you kill JAD therefore you wont be able to edit lol

Yes this is what I'm saying, the pic trust posted is the correct way to do it, whereas I've seen pictures of people not hitting enter which can easily be edited.

I can edit it like the pic you posted and I'm shit at editing and I've never done a fire cape before.

This takes about as much editing skills to doctrine as it does to learn to breathe. 

 

If at all any services require 10 service feedbacks,  any post count, anything from Membership or Gold sections are irrelevant unless 100+ posts. , and all starter 10 need to be done through a MM.

 

I'd like to apply this to all services also, and not just firecapes.

You do realize that the only time a Jagex mod would check what you type in is when you flame people and report you for inappropiate behavior/language.
