Explanation: 

I went 75% first, and he scammed 33m. Sent me an email link to change email, but it was wrong account (so I did not change email!) and it was a non-ranked account.. i suspect non memb lvl 3 rs3 account. So I did not change email and immediately after my suspection I asked for the 33m back before we proceed. He said "yes," but proceeded to delete me from skype and log from rs with my 33m.

 

 

Evidence:

End of scam.. ends up on skype with his 'not shared details' after he deleted me...

I read through the whole thing. I've had a friend staying with me the past two weeks, when I showed him this he had a shit eating grin on his face. He carries on to deny it when it is fairly obvious that he has had something to do this. I was at work all day yesterday, including during the time of the scam.

As this is my account it is only fair I take some of the blame, I will work on getting your money back. I shall try to persuade my friend to hand it over otherwise I will need 3-5weeks in order to grind out money making techniques on OSRS to make the money back.

I'm sorry this happened and I will try my best to help.

As @Aza has openly admitted to the account being changed hands, the refund deadline will be set at 24-hours from the time of this post, this is a reasonable time frame as it is an error on your part that can be rectified with your "friend", either the 33M or the funds paid will need to be refunded, failure to do so by this date will result in a ban and if you wish to return you will need to proceed with this.

Unless you've been at work 24/7 for a week and your "friend" had been acting on your OSBot and RS account all this time?

 

He has access to my laptop and RS account, they were given to me so he could entertain himself while I was at work.

Majority of my logins are set to "remember me" meaning he can log into my OSBot account without knowing the password.

I did create that thread myself, I did infact have the intention of selling the account although to get your money back I'm going to have to use it to make the cash back.

I have taken full blame for this and will try to rectify this mistake, he still denies it and I personally don't wish to be banned as i have sunk alot of time into this forum.

So get your friend to give back the gp, it was obviously him, either get the gp back or give the guy the account. You have 24 hours, not 7 days. if you want to be unbanned after the 24 hours if you can't get him the gp by then. You can appeal after you've paid back.

It is your responsibility for your skype + OSBot account.
