I can't believe I did that.

That's considered macro since it gives you an unfair advantage over other players so Jagex will ban you for it.

And

I've been banned for autoclicking in 2008. Was a 2 week ban back then. I'm sure bot detection is much more advanced nowadays, and you'll easily get banned. Don't risk it on a main account.
