Taking a screenshot takes 2 seconds and I didn't type 6 paragraphs. 

so why not just: 

 

• allow users to toggle nsfw-marked avatar and signature visibility
• make it an enforced rule that these items must be marked nsfw if they contain anything like partial nudity
• done

 

Edit: seriously, boobs are cool and all, but it's also cool to not have any unnecessary restrictions on browsing of the forums.
