Heres what happened:

 

I paid him $140

he didnt give me acc details

next day i opened dispute 

no answer for 1 week

escalated to a claim

still no answer for 2 weeks

got money back.

 

Easy win, lol.

 

Lol he probably sent it to his bank account, and probably dealing with a negative balance atm.
