Look, he has high defence, so your higher range don't make any sense. 

 

The defence one will win i think, but still be aware that it's all based on luck!

Just try 1M first, so u can check it out how it's going.

Of course player B, cause of the DFS.

Player B i think 8/10 times in my opinion.

This fight would be pretty amazing, but due to the fact that 75 def isn't mediocre, leads me to believe that the tank would win almost every time.

probably the tank although if the hp were a little higher on player a it would be about even
