You can maybe request a refund and trigger maldesto, as they already clearly have said:

  • If your Runescape account gets banned or you have no use for the script anymore, that's your own risk

so when I use a script for 2 hours and get banned from this one script it's not considered a script issue and therefore, is unrefundable? Shitty business model.

Go for a refund, you can't ask here u will need to create a thread and you will get a reply whether yes/no. Bans depend on your botting manner. When you are botting you should take the risk otherwise don't bot that's what i have to say and maybe check the guide here(provided by one of the developers):

Adding to that not sure if you already know Runecrafting has high ban rates as it is nearly the most profitable skill on osrs.

- Mirror or regular client? Mirror

- What mode/altar? Natures with abyss

- Which settings did you use in the GUI?

- Printscreen with the Osbot console enabled and script paint when getting stuck. I didn't get the paint, but I got a pic of the logger:

Occasionally gets stuck in bank after refilling pouches.

Besides this, fantastic script

was considering buying this script but seems to be pretty high banrate, what's everyone doing when theyre getting banned? nats?

misclicks toggle run quite frequently.

also triple clicks 'emtpy giant pouch'

Every time I run this script on an acc I get banned as well. Would also like a refund.
