Swizzie, weed is close to harmless.

Don't pretend it's a dangerous drug... because it's not (compared to other narcotics).

 

If you don't like culture that surrounds it, fair enough.

If you don't like the effect yourself, fair enough.

If you don't like to deal with people who are stoned, understandable.

 

The only reason it isn't legal is because of conservative politics (mainly due to the "hippy / liberated" culture associated with the substance, a culture that barely even exists anymore now ).

 

Within another 50 years it'll be legal all over the world.

Politics, conservatism and misinformation = the barrier, nothing more, nothing less.

 

Agreed that it can be dangerous (like every other item if not used safely) and legalization should account for all situations where it could be dangerous or counter productive from a global societal point of view (in a similar way alcohol and cigarettes are regulated).

I would argue but even attempting to reason with people like you is a lost cause. Keeping smoking dude, enjoy increasing the risk of producing offspring with birth defects.

weed is a drug. yes. but it's not as harmful like other drugs are . ( heroin etc etc.)

 

it's fine smoking weed every now and then, but don't let it become your everyday thing, because eventually , when you smoke long enough, for every day of the year, you WILL have problems quitting. 

I used to smoke weed every day, but since i noticed that weed does get me trouble sometimes ( skipping school, not learning for school, etc.) i said to myself to not smoke weed anymore besides from the weekends.. ( that day was today lol. )

I feel you man. I'm going to quit for awhile until I'm working part time again. Just this past week I smoked 7 blunts, 2 joints and about 4 grams out of my pipe.
