It doesn't eat swordfish or sharks at the agility pyramid. Not sure of other food as i havent tried but those dont work there and it will just stand there doing nothing when low hp instead of eating food...... also doesn't sell the pyramid top

No rush, would just be a cool feature, as a lot of legit players do various other skills will running coures, alching fletching etc
