RoronoaZoro
Hey guysEver thought why some people bot for days and never gets banned and you just bot for several hours and you get permanent ban? Here it is what i have noticed!Every click we do on the game the code is sent to jagex , people who uses private scripts or the script they just made for them self has a lot lot low ban rate. If there are alot of people using a same script same code would be sent for all the accounts and they will get caught in no time.A guy used a shitty woodcutter which no one used got him 99 woodcutting with no problem.Another guy used a premium script "dn aio fighter and got banned every time he made a new account and used the that script .It all matters to the code that has sent to them . The more people use a same script the more u have chances to get banned unless the script is too flawless amd greatly scripted.I have tried everything .. Changed my ip .. My mac adress .. Installed a new windows .. Everytime i got a ban .. I used premium scripts .. I got proofs now that they can detect which client we use, how long we have botted(which day , what time , how long). A guy asked for a evidence for his ban from Mod Weath (New Mod whos catching bot). and the mod replied "You botted on 25th for 2 hours 45 mins and u never used orion client". Changing IP address only gets your attention away from jagex since it was flagged but doesnt mean it will keep u safer. I hope the developers will come through something so the bot get undetected. Good luck botting Edited June 7, 2014 by Nomi
Th3
This has never been proved. It's more about where you bot and how long.
Eliot
I think these are the four major factors. 1. ip 2. time 3. behavior 4. client detection
Jmh44
or, you're just trying to sabotage us so you can wipe out the bot community so you can bot without having a high ban rate….. you pirate hooker

Impassive
Interesting idea... Have you tested using a "shitty" script and compared results?

This is what i think mostly people with premium scripts get caught and people with shit script having no problem. Interesting idea... Have you tested using a "shitty" script and compared results? Yes i did. made 3 accounts. 2 on premium scripts and 1 on a free script which less people used. premium script accounts got banned in less then a day and the free script one lasted for 6 days straight and banned. all of them were botted on same location. Extreme Scripts
What your talking about is a bot profile, it is known that they compare your actions with a list of known bots/scripts which behave in a similar fashion so yes this would be one way of detection but certainly not the most prioritised. I heard they have hired a new developer specially for catching bots and he banned 1000 bots 3 days ago in just less then a day
Lights
Dunno how accurate this is, but I have been banned as soon as I press start on the script, once with a chocolate buyer, and once with pandemics gnome agility
Zeref
I always thought this was common sense.
Trustmybet
First of all.. 1. They can detect 3rd party clients other than orion + their own. 2. Same repeated mouse movement is not what humans actually do. 3. Actual humans who play have more click usages. 4. If you bot for over 100 hours straight, Jagex will damn know something is up. No human has the balls to play 100 hours straight. IT it a Theory that you can die from it. 5. There is no actual theory or anything proven of how jagex bans bots. They obviously have a detection to know if you're botting or not. Enough said.
