Bawsz claiming i have changed my password during a custom account

Could I please get confirmation on one thing, who owns the account originally? Who created it and has the original email. If you could also both link me to the thread it was ordered from.

i created it via the oldschool runescape page but never once logged in

I did in fact state it was an estimate, please be patient here, I am trying to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

 

The user has another 12 hours to post, we will await his response.

 

when they switched workers completely cause that one "couldnt finish it completely"  did they change the password? cause if more then one worker knows it then the "one that couldnt finish it" could easily change it. 


also if it makes any difference boss never reffered me to post on a thread for this custom account, i guess his t.o.s would be thrown out the window. 

 

what im upset about is, the slowness of the training and then they switched "trainers" and when they switched trainers "conveniently" the password changed.

it was 70 strenght when i stopped, then was gonna log back in and didnt work..and i tough he changed pass because he was so calm.and i told him it was 70 strenght =/

I hope we can get this figured out soon. , you're the only one with access to the original email to the account, correct? In able for the password of the account to be changed, an individual would need to confirm that request through the original email. If you're not the only one who has access to it, please let us know now; or if you use the same password for multiple occasions such as your Runescape account, emails, etc, and someone else happened to know that password, then it's possible someone else could have logged in.

 

Like I said, , if you have shared the email account details with anyone else, you need to let us know now.

You had to have added an email address to the runescape account. It's part of the registration.

he registered it on 07 site, can you confirm this to be true in that case. I know in order to play rs3 you have to do the email verification process.

Since there was a misunderstanding on that part, I made a video of me making a new account without having to register the email in order to play.

I'll be discussing this with the staff team to determine the outcomes.

I'll post back once we come to a decision.

If you have any more evidence to post from either party, feel free to post.

I offer him an 75-75-75 account on my cost.. if its really one of us and bawsz dont wanna pay for it.

But he never told anything back....  and he was online ..

-You do not need to register an email in order to play old school
-Tycoon didn't register an email when making the account (he made the login email a fake email)
-He gave the info to bawsz
-Bawsz gave the info to worker #1
-Worker #1 couldn't finish the job
-Bawsz gave the same information to worker #2
-Worker #2 claimed the password was changed
-No one can get back into the account since there was originally no registered information.
 
Bawsz should be held accountable since he gave the same username / password to 2 different workers
Tycoon is also at fault, in a sense, since he didn't bother registering an email from the start, but he paid for the
service up-front, so he shouldn't have to be worrying about one of the workers tampering with the account information.

 

 

After reviewing the case with Divinity, we've put all of this together.

As a result, Bawsz will either need to refund the service, or finish the service on a new account (or if everyone agrees, Lloyd will provide the account he is offering).

Please try to work something out between you 3, and then post back here to let us know.

Just somting els if he made the account,. and made in member? he got payment code + its made on his i.p.... so he can easy get it back whit ticked... our he mabey only wanna have refund + a free 60-70-60 acc... what we did alreddy then he change pass .... or one of us is a bitch and changed pass.. but that shouldnt mather he could easy get his account back right??? or am i wrong. if some one got hacked he can get his account back because owneR? + we can just contineu service if he dont wanna accept what i offer to him?
