I do see the chatbox as an important feature because someone who has an issue can just ask anyone in the chatbox to help him in regards to his issue. It basically is something like a live support and here, at OSBot, helping our members is one of our top priorities.

Mikasa Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 We used to have them included, but they were removed. I'm not sure why, but I feel like they only specialize in one section (the chatbox), and they're considered assistants, so they don't quite fall under the staff team
