I suggest adding the CBA's to the feedback templet or to make an extra feedback thread for cba's.

Not a bad idea. I do see the chatbox as an important feature because someone who has an issue can just ask anyone in the chatbox to help him in regards to his issue. It basically is something like a live support and here, at OSBot, helping our members is one of our top priorities.
