Is there a way to open a bot and just use the local scripts, or MUST you be connected to the OSbot server?

You can just open the bot and use local scripts. Connecting to the server or not doesn't affect you.

I am not 100% sure, but it just needs to connect at least once to retrieve data. We were DDoSed all day yesterday and I had to restart my client, once it verified my account, it worked fine.

And how do I do that? When I open OSbot the first thing it says is that it can't connect to their server, and for adding a bot I must login..

make OSBot an exception in your firewalll,or put firewall off, if this doesnt work, contact a mod.

You can't open the bot in offline bot mode but if the Bot is opened and signed in whilst the bot goes offline you can still run scripts.

Yeah my bot was still working but I decided to update it to the latest version, big regret <.<

Make sure that when you get this error, you are on the latest version of java and have updated your client to the newest version 1.7.12. :p

To the people with IPs that look something like 80.***.***.*** and had trouble connecting to the bot server yesterday. We experienced an attack on our server from multiple IPs in that range. Due to multiple rules, some people may have used the bot fine. Regardless, generally speaking, parts of that IP range was blocked temporarily to allow the server to continue serving other users without disruption. It has since been removed.
