It costs money unless the business or company you work for has their own access code they can pass out to scripters so they can gain full access to it and etc.

 

I think Xavier uses Netbeans to script?

 

 

honestly everyone gets used to using eclipse or netbeans or intelliJ and everyone has their preferences,
