I know he didn't mean for it to happen, but I'm still out my account. Hopefully this can all be resolved should Jagex make an accident and actually read what I wrote.

They read all twitter messages, they sent a response within 24 hours on mine.

You and @RoomScape will have to communicate in an attempt to create some type of resolve in regards to compensation.  The account that was banned was very precious to the user so it is hard for us to formulate a specific price. Refunding the bond would be a step in the right direction, and from there we will await his response so that we can have a refund basis to focus on.

You are held responsible, if you look closer it says "unless stated otherwise" which is referring directly to disputes such as this one. Even if you were doing the account by hand you said it was an IP-Ban which is entirely your fault sadly considering the service was done poorly -

Did you make an agreement specifically with the user for the service to be done by hand? You've made numerous claims to this occurring but I've yet to see any evidence come forth. If you can provide me with screenshots of the exact agreement, that will put this conflict to rest.

I asked for legit agility and he said 150k. I later asked for mage and he said 200k

He also was supposed to be doing this on Orion - which isn't a botting client - so why would he do it on Orion unless it's supposed to be legit?

I said I wanted legit agi and I wanted mage and he said he was doing it through orion..

 

 

Last thing he was doing on the account (9:30 pm) was mage and the next morning I was banned for macro major.

I'm telling you, I did the account with Orion client, as I was told it was safe by a Jmod. I also used my main on OSB client however. The reason I said I didn't bot is because, I didn't. My account was banned along with yours as an aftermath.
