I just made 2 fresh accounts. I was using the osbot client. I completed tut island on the first acc, then logged on to do the second account and finshed tut island on it. I then hopped worlds to go get supplies from my mule and both accs were banned? Can i file dispute and get refund?

Closest thing I've been to a proxy are proxy sites.

You probably can't open up a dispute... but that is quite odd that you were banned so quickly.... I would talk to @Maldesto
