Explanation: i bought this script later on got all stuff to use his tanner i had 500k cash and 5.5m worth of green dragon hides,eventually i tried the script and i noticed it wasnt working so i posted on his script thread that there was a problem [evidence of paying and me saying about problem in links].

i started speaking to him on osbot and he said to add his skype and we started talking about the bug and then he asked for my details,so i gave them to him because i thought an snd scripter would be trusted so i gave him account details[no one but me knows account details until i told him].

he complains saying that my account is logged in about 5 minutes after i told him so i said 'gimmie a sec' i put my vpn on and checked to see if it was runescape issue or him making up rubbish,i log onto my account to find the money gone and green dragon hides.

All claims he said is true, except the fact I scammed. I did ask for details to test a certain aspect of the script and he willingly supplied me with them. What he failed to provide was the vital part of the conversation:

I don't think this is a reasonable time frame to transfer anything to an account I didn't even know the location of. I play RS but I don't play it that much to be that quick and plus I have premiums here... 5-10m is nothing compared to my premiums.

My replies were slow? Did you even read your evidence....

he had a nice gap to easily run across a good part of the runescape map in the time he had,he could of got to alkarid in about 1 minute max,home telly will take about ten seconds,running from lummy castle to alkarid gates about 5 seconds and running to the bank about 20 seconds max.

You claimed it was logged in, doesn't prove it wasn't by you.  You waited 3 minutes to even say "its logged in" by then you could have already tele'd etc.

Jheeeeeez that timing though Dude look i borrow accounts from anyone who uses my scripts, till date not one person has claimed what you have. Why would i want your 5mish when i make that in a day I wouldn't risk losing my reputation here for a game I don't even play.

 

I think you need a virus scan if your not trying to frame me buddy.

You have a very fair point no doubt. I don't even know what to say anymore, if that 3 minutes I allegedly "hacked" you is questionable then I guess it's up to Staff to decide. All i'm saying i've borrowed a lot of accounts for more than what yuor claiming plus i do services for #TeamTrust and i get trusted with more than 5-10m. That's all i can add.

With the listed evidence it is nearly impossible to squeeze the truth out of the situation, many possibilities arise in circumstances like these. Divinity could be getting framed, he could've scammed, there is no way we can tell. Because of that very reason we're going to close this dispute with no action being taken.

After reviewing the information provided, there's not much we can do.

 

There's no tangible evidence provided by the OP that @Divinity actually logged into the account and took his / her items, but at the same time there's no evidence that he didn't. Therefore, we cannot proceed any further in this.

 

I would suggest running a virus scan just in-case. There's nothing wrong with being safe.

 

I apologize for your loss; and if you do happen to get a bit more valid evidence, we can open this up and proceed if necessary.
