Recently been getting this "error you cannot access this part of the forums" happens sometimes only. It only disappears when i restart my browser. It happens in different pages, community discussion, osbot discussion, local/sdn script pages

yes I am. It happens randomly and had to restart browser sometimes to get it to work

the link to the picture. It started happening after Maldesto banned me for the multiple accounts IP thingy then later unbanned me. It happened frequently after that. Only fix to this is to close my current browser, open and refresh afew times before the error is gone. Its really annoying :X

I'm having the same problem, however I have not been banned and it only happens when I use Chrome. It is working correctly in IE (ewww, I know). When it happens any page I go to on the forums has the same error message stated in the OP. I couldn't create an account, until I tried another browser.

Do you use any sort of VPN or something that would change your IP address at different times? Because previous members may have used a specific IP then were banned and have that IP banned. When you use the same VPN for the IP it says you are banned as well.

Lol im getting abit annoyed when people suggest that I was using proxies and whatever to hide my IP so I get this error. If this was the case, I wouldn't be bringing this topic up to the forum supports. I am NOT using any proxies or whatever to change my IP. 

Well, with the image you supplied, it shows that you sometimes get banned randomly. But your physical account does not get banned - only the IP address you are using at the time. And unless you're having Maldesto unban the IPs (which he isn't. You said you just have to refresh the page a few times) then it means your IP address is switching sometimes, and the one you're switching to is banned.

I just started OSbot the other day when some friends told me about it. I tried making an account and got the error message mentioned here, and never received a validation link. I later switched browsers and created a different account and everything is working fine. Just trying to find a reason as to why my original browser would be getting this error and to let moderators know about the problem.

Your ip changes very often, do some research it is just your ip changing and you being related to a banned member.

That seems weird
