My IP Address has been banned?

Hello. When I try to visit the OSBot website it says that my IP address has been banned??

 

I have PM'ed some of the mods on this website - they've readen my message, but still no reply, or any reason for why I should be banned. It's pretty annoying, when I'm an active member on this forum, and I get banned without reason.

 

I get the following error:

I had to use a proxy

you didn't pm me, I will try to figure this out.
