I think it was wreckage from something else, I was reading about it on my phone this morning.

 

I guess they have some type of device that will alert boats when they are in the near vicinity of the plane, yet that only it good for up to 30 days after the crash, so once that goes out, good luck finding that thing.

 

Like wtf, you can track a phone, but you can lose a plane? How the fuck that make sense?

I'm not sure what you're getting at in regards to the second part of your post; but if you do have any concerns or problems with the way we address certain situations throughout the forums please send an Administrator or myself a private message and we'll try our best to improve further. Concerning the topic as a whole, Levi was banned due to an attempted scam-quit but the information cannot be released due to secrecy of our sources. I think one of the theories they came up with was that someone hijacked the plane and knew how to turn off whatever locator device was enabled to track the place like normal. I guess there could have just been massive technological failures, but wasn't the plane flying over land at the time? I would assume if something like that happened the pilot could land on a road somewhere, however if they were over water and had no idea where they were that could be a potential issue.
